“Andrea Piazzolla: la richiesta di 7 anni di carcere del PM e le implicazioni legali”

Andrea Piazzolla, ex assistant to Gina Lollobrigida, is facing accusations of embezzlement from the actress between 2013 and 2018. The prosecution is also seeking a sentence of seven and a half years in prison. The request was made by the public prosecutor Eleonora Fini in Rome. The prosecutor argues that the actress was in an obvious “state of vulnerability,” which led to an imbalanced relationship with Piazzolla. It was alleged that Gina began to believe that nothing would be possible without him, as no one else could fulfill Piazzolla’s role. This belief was instilled in her. The accused also operated a form of isolation, filtering and not forwarding certain phone calls.

During the trial, it was universally acknowledged that the actress’s ability to understand and make independent decisions had been weakened. The civil party’s lawyer stated, “I have never encountered such a chilling case before. Piazzolla, in a lucid plan pursued until the very end, on one hand, tickled Gina Lollobrigida’s narcissistic ego, and on the other, presented himself as indispensable to her. He portrayed himself as the savior. But the saving element is only possible if the subject is isolated.” The defendant is also being prosecuted for selling Gina Lollobrigida’s Jaguar. The proceeds of the sale, amounting to 130,000 euros, were deposited into the bank account on which Piazzolla had authorization. This gave him full control over the “Bersagliera’s” assets.

Andrea Piazzolla has appeared on various television shows in the past, accompanying the actress. He has been seen, for example, in Barbara d’Urso’s and Mara Venier’s studios. His most recent appearance was on the show “Domenica In.” On that occasion, the young manager declared his innocence and claimed to have always worked in Gina’s best interest. However, Gina Lollobrigida’s son, Milko Skofic, never believed his words and openly accused the manager of lies and manipulation towards his mother.
