Innovatec sottoscrive partnership con SENEC per lo sviluppo di 100 MW di impianti fotovoltaici in Italia

Innovatec Group and its subsidiary Elios Power, have signed an agreement with Senc Italia, part of the German EnBw group, to develop and build photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 100 MW. According to the agreement, which is subject to a positive due diligence, SENEC will have a stake in the project portfolio and will support the development process. Elios will handle obtaining construction permits, while SENEC will oversee the entire construction process. The projects are expected to be completed by 2024.

Antonio De Tata, Vice President of Innovatec Power, expressed excitement about the ambitious goal set in partnership with SENEC, a leading European energy company. Innovatec has already started developing over 450 MW of photovoltaic plants and aims to continue at the same pace for the next three years.
